Nearly 50% of people with a neurodivergent condition may also have a co-occurring condition which traditional coaching methods can't support. Our coaching is designed to focus on your key executive function skills and build these into an accountable plan that you can take control of.
Training
We offer comprehensive workshop training for managers and teams on neurodiversity awareness and inclusive practices. We look at the latest legal requirements and look at support for your managers, teams and staff to learn more about neurodiversity and to be armed with the resources and support that works for you. We spend some time to understand how create psychologically safe spaces for individuals, explore accommodations and language and techniques, resources and skills that work for all employees.
